Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Nord Solutions Inc, trading as Rebel Thinkers, through rebel-thinkers.com. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Purchases through other platforms also follow the terms applicable to those purchases.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns where required by applicable consumer law, including eligible EU/EEA and UK withdrawals and claims for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Outside these rights, we do not offer general change-of-mind returns unless a separate return offer was expressly included with your purchase.

Any more favourable return promise advertised for your order when you purchased remains valid, including an advertised 30-day return offer. This updated policy does not retrospectively reduce those rights.

How to contact us

Email support@rebel-thinkers.com with your order number and request. For statutory withdrawal, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason or wait for our approval. You can also use our withdrawal form.

Contact us for the correct return address and shipping instructions. Our US registered business address is not a returns warehouse. Requesting instructions does not extend or restrict a statutory deadline.

EU/EEA and UK right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receive the goods. For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Send your withdrawal statement before the period expires, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

You may open the packaging and inspect an ordinary book as you would in a shop. Opening its shrink-wrap does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. Please pack returns securely, using the original packaging where possible. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal, provided this was disclosed before purchase. We cover that cost where the law requires us to or where we expressly offered free returns. Discounted ordinary books retain their statutory rights.

On withdrawal from the whole order, we reimburse the purchase payments and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not reimbursed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

We reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. This does not create a new 14-day period after inspection or approval.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within five days of delivery, and include photographs of the issue and packaging where available. This helps us resolve transit damage quickly; it is not a deadline that removes your statutory rights. You do not need to keep a faulty book unopened to report a problem.

We provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Where a return is necessary for a valid statutory defect claim, we cover the required return shipping costs. A replacement is not the only remedy where the law gives you another right.

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, with additional protection where national law provides it. UK, Australian and other mandatory local consumer rights also remain unaffected. A voluntary warranty or damage-reporting request does not shorten these protections.

Personalised goods and digital content

Statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised goods. For paid digital content supplied immediately, a withdrawal right ends only when all applicable legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing that right and the required confirmation. A download or a general acceptance of these terms alone does not waive your rights. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
