Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. General Provisions

This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of The Codex made through Rebel Thinkers’ official sales channels. By placing an order, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

Due to the collectible nature of The Codex, returns for reasons of change of mind are not accepted. Returns are permitted solely in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
a) The item is unopened, unused, and remains sealed in its original shrinkwrap as delivered.
b) The item is in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging.
c) You provide a valid proof of purchase.
d) A return request is submitted to support@rebel-thinkers.com within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds for damaged or defective goods will be issued only if a replacement is not available.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Where a prepaid return shipping label is provided by Rebel Thinkers, the cost of such label will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

The original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, except where required by law due to a defective or non-conforming product.

6. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped to a customer located in the European Union, you are entitled to exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, without providing a reason. This period runs from the day after you receive the goods.
However, this right is subject to the following conditions:

The item must remain unopened and sealed in its original shrinkwrap.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary.
