Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect at every stage. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Where we ship from

We operate fulfilment warehouses in the United States, Canada, the European Union, Asia, and Australia.

Your order is automatically routed to the warehouse closest to your shipping address. This minimises transit time and, in most cases, avoids customs borders entirely.


Where we ship to

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.

Shipping is divided into two zones:

Zone 1 — Free standard shipping

Free insured and tracked standard shipping is included on every order to the following destinations:

  • United States (continental, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — see Zone 2)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union and EEA (excluding remote islands and overseas territories)
  • Australia (mainland)
  • Selected Asian markets: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China

Zone 2 — Faraway locations (additional shipping fee)

For destinations outside Zone 1, a shipping fee calculated on current carrier rates is shown at checkout before you pay. This fee covers tracked international shipping and reflects the actual cost of delivery — we do not mark up shipping.

Zone 2 includes:

Within the United States and US territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Outlying Islands, and all APO/FPO/DPO (Armed Forces) addresses.

European outliers: Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia, Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Vatican City, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Mayotte, Réunion, Wallis & Futuna, New Caledonia, St. Helena, Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha, Falkland Islands, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Pitcairn Islands.

Africa: Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo — Brazzaville, Congo — Kinshasa, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, São Tomé & Príncipe, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Pacific Islands: Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.

The Americas: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.

If your country is not listed in either zone, we may still be able to ship — contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether delivery is possible and at what cost.


Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

During peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays, post-Kickstarter fulfilment), processing can take up to 7 business days. We will communicate any delay clearly at checkout and by email.

Tracking information typically updates within 1–6 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.


Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates based on standard carrier service and exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs processing.

United States, Canada, UK, EU, Australia (mainland), Zone 1 Asia 2–12 business days
Faraway locations (Zone 2) 5–15 business days
Remote islands and hard-to-reach areas up to 25–30 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Unforeseen events — weather disruption, customs delay, public holiday backlogs, carrier strikes, or global supply chain disruption — may extend delivery beyond the estimates above. We monitor every shipment and will contact you if we identify a serious delay.


Tracking

Every order ships fully tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

If your tracking has not updated within 6 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@rebel-thinkers.com.


Customs, duties, and taxes

When your order ships from a warehouse inside your customs zone, no customs duties or import taxes apply, because no border is crossed. This is the case for the majority of our orders.

When your order ships from a warehouse outside your customs zone, customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may be imposed by your country's customs authority on delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Examples:

  • United Kingdom: orders shipped from outside the UK valued over £135 may incur import VAT and duty payable on delivery.
  • European Union: Orders above €150 shipped from outside the EU may incur import duty payable on delivery.
  • Australia: GST is included where applicable for orders under AU$1,000. Higher-value orders may be subject to GST and duty on import.
  • Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU European countries: customs and VAT generally apply on import.
  • All other countries in Zone 2: customs charges, where they apply, are determined by your local authority and are payable by you.

We declare the actual value of all shipments. We cannot mark parcels as "gift" or under-declare value, as this is illegal in every jurisdiction we ship to.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title in the goods passes to you upon physical delivery to you or a person you have nominated to receive the parcel — not when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If a parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.


Marked as delivered but not received

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbours, building reception, mailroom, and any safe place where the carrier may have left it.
  2. Contact your local carrier and request the GPS coordinates or photographic proof of delivery.
  3. If the parcel cannot be located, file a lost or stolen package report with your local postal service or police, depending on your jurisdiction.
  4. Send the report or affidavit to support@rebel-thinkers.com along with your order number.

Once we receive the report, we will arrange a replacement. We process these claims case by case to remain fair to genuine customers while preventing fraud.


Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the damage, and the shipping label before unpacking further if possible.
  2. Email the photographs to support@rebel-thinkers.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please do not return the damaged item until we have confirmed the next step in writing.


Incorrect or incomplete address

We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or no longer valid. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery shipping fee may apply.


Refused or unclaimed parcels

If you refuse delivery without exercising your right of withdrawal (see Refund Policy), or fail to collect the parcel from the carrier within their holding period, the parcel will normally be returned to us.

We will refund the price of the goods, but standard return shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund, except where you are exercising a statutory right of withdrawal under EU or UK consumer law.

If a parcel is destroyed by the carrier before being returned to us (for example, if you refuse to pay customs and the carrier disposes of the parcel), we may not be able to issue a refund.


Pre-orders and Kickstarter campaigns

Pre-order and Kickstarter shipments follow the timeline communicated in the relevant product page or campaign update. Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are based on the production schedule and may shift by a few weeks. We always communicate changes by email.

For Kickstarter backers: shipping is fulfilled through PledgeBox or BackerKit, and the policy of that survey platform applies in addition to this Shipping Policy. The same warehouse network and delivery standards apply.


Multiple-item orders

Orders containing more than one item may ship in separate parcels from different warehouses, depending on stock. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel. There is no additional shipping cost to you for split shipments.
